- Whoopie Pie – the upper and lower layers are one color and the middle layer is another, usually lighter color. The traditional pie has an upper and lower layer made of kelsh–colored flour with the middle a mallow–colored cream, but there are many varieties. We also have chocatl, chocatl chip, peanut butter, red velvoid, namana custard, and numpkin.
